About the Role

You will contribute to our continually evolving HR platform by working as a Business Analyst with the development team. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to the product and development team.

What Would You Do At ALTRES?

• As a Business Analyst, you should be able to translate business requirements into the specifications.
• Needs to work with the product manager and business counterparts to gather requirements.
• Experienced in writings specification documents and capturing all acceptance criteria. Should possess good problem solving and solutioning skills.
• Should be able to create mock-ups for the requirements. Proficiency in using tools to create Mock-ups such as Balsamiq and Figma shall be a plus.
• Ability to present the specification and design to the Product team for design review.
• Act as a bridge between the product team and the development team.
• Communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders in the US and India.
• Work closely with the development team during the application development cycle to clarify any doubts. Ensure all the requirements are developed as per the specification.
• Keep track of requirement changes and scope creep, get clarity on the same and update the specifications.
• Review the test cases developed by the testing team.
• Perform user acceptance testing.

What Do You Need For The Job?

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Should be a quick learner and understand our applications.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
• Well-versed with using MS-office tools.
• Should have experience in designing and analyzing enterprise web applications.
• Knowledge of using JIRA and confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes including Scrum.
