US Payroll Analyst

Seeking analysts who has experience in US Employee data management including pre and post payroll activities.

Experience level: 2-4 years

About the Role:

You will work with the team in India and US offices to process payroll for clients. The comprehensive process will give you a chance to understand the start to end process, including pre and post payroll activities. Client interaction experience is an added advantage.

What Would You Do At ALTRES?

  1. Process all incoming payrolls.
  2. Audit/reconcile payrolls prior to processing.
  3. Calculate correct amounts for overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc.
  4. Follow-up and Co-ordinate with the US support team for payroll related items/questions
  5. Enter and coordinate employee data into the system.
  6. Review/enter employee HR/Personnel changes.
  7. Process court mandated orders.
  8. Prepare weekly certified payroll affidavits.
  9. Setup, update, adjust and review PTO plans/registers.
  10. Analyze and maintain important client documents and account information.
  11. Keep up with daily emails, respond accordingly and timely.
  12. Assist with any payroll related items as necessary.

What Do You Need for The Job?

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
  2. Previous 1-3 years US payroll or Employee data management experience preferred.
  3. Excellent customer service and English communication (written & verbal).
  4. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  5. Davison/PrismHR or similar HR management system experience is highly desirable.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Must be highly detail oriented.
  8. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is extremely important.
  9. Ready to work in rotational night shift.
